THINGS TO KNOW:
-The beach is only about a 30-second walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean anytime during your stay.
-Guests can enjoy two sundecks and a rooftop deck with beautiful ocean and harbor views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset evenings.
-The driveway comfortably fits up to 3 large SUVs.
-EV charging is available using the garage outlet with Tesla and standard charging cords provided.
-Known for its surf and fishing, this home is close to Rincon Point, one of the most celebrated surf breaks in California. For those who enjoy exploring, Ventura Harbor is within reach and serves as a gateway to the Channel Islands National Park, where hiking, kayaking, and wildlife encounters await.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
