'Exceptional hosts, a beautiful space, out of a story book western. The shower/bath is one of the nicest I've been to, and the exansive views are priceless. I extended by a few days, didn't want to go anywhere, just to be and look at the hills and open sky. '

'Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!'

'Loved the home, so many great places to gather and hang out, wonderful amenities like a resort, we never left except to enjoy a bike ride and some time at Big Beach across the street. 'This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. Getting to the property includes an unfinished dirt road with massive pot holes, thankfully we have a vehicle equipped for that but if you’re driving a...

'The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much. '

'We spent 10 days at this lovely, secluded home. The house is fully furnished and has lots of space. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds, which is not always our experience at other rentals. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and the yard is lovely to sit in, especially at night with a fire going. The host was a great communicator and provided detailed information on how the house works as well as restraunts, stores, etc in the area. I recommend this rustic retreat highly.'

'This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.'
