'It was perfect....well worth the money'

'My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable, quiet cottage. Close to a lot of restaurants downtown within 15 minute walking distance. Plenty of parks nearby surrounded by lovely historic mansions. I enjoyed the back deck, drinking my morning coffee and also enjoyed the screened front porch. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to going back again. I also hear the mansions surrounding the neighborhood really enjoy decorating for Halloween and Christmas.'

'If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish.I drove approximately 2.5 hours for this stay before attending a concert and never received proper check-in/access instructions for the property. After multiple attempts to figure out how to access the home, I finally reached the host by phone around 6:19 PM and was told she was in Orlando — approximately 1.5 hours away — and that I would not be able to access the property.As a result, I was forced to...

'Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean, grass was well maintained, and everything was as described or shown in the photos. Jonathan, the property manager, was very quick with answering any questions we had arise. The pool was clean and very refreshing in the crazy Florida heat. The view of the lake was very peaceful and relaxing.'
