'Nice property. Beautiful neighborhood and setting.'

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'This isn't for everybody but if you are looking for something unique and maybe even a little quirky Trois Estates is that and more. The owner treats you like family and nothing is too much trouble. We checked in late...they opened the bar and even serenaded us. We'll be back. '
