'This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips...

'We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very responsive and the location and amenities were great.'

'Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. '

'The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.'

'Stayed at Sierra cabin towards the back of the property (of note, Yurts are at a different location just down the road). Very clean, friendly staff, very relaxing grounds. Patrons were all respectful during our stay and everyone seemed to value the collective feeling of serenity/peace. Excellent supplies in terms of all needed utensils in clinic, only negative was regarding spice rack, some were expired but really not enough of a negative to take away from the experience. 'Too big a property if your on the go. Rooms are far away from amenities. $40 a day valet parking (lot was across the street)and a resort fee added up to an extra $250+ expense for just a 4 day stay. Hilton has become too commercialized, wants everyone to buy Time Share which financially makes zero sense to anyone.'

'Fantastic location and a wonderful stay overall. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicated clearly and promptly from before our arrival through checkout, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The property was exactly as described. Highly recommend! '
