'While still an Icon In Reno this hotel is underwhelming in many ways.'

'Nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast and good sized room. Only thing I didn’t like was the friendlyness of the staff. I think they got out on the wrong side of the bed or something. No nice welcome or explanation where to find everything, she just gave me my roomcard and that’s it. Not what I am used to by a Choice hotel.'

'The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?'

'Hotel was being updated but still clean. Our room was wonderful and spacious. The pop corn treat was a nice surprise. '
