« My car broke down 100 miles away. I immediately reached out to cancel the reservation. They could not/would not cancel. I understand not refunding for the first night but I feel there was ample time for them to rebook the second night and give me at least a partial credit. »

« We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again! »
