B&B in West-Illinois

'My wife and I had a fantastic time in Nauvoo and the stay at the Inn was exceptional! It was right in the heart of where we wanted to be and the historic nature of house was just a wonderful way to immerse ourselves in the history of the city. The staff was great and the room was just outstanding! The little touches like having little chocolates out in many plates around the house was just a nice little bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone else and if we make it back to Nauvoo I know...

'Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. 'Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself!
