'It was an okay stay. I wont be staying again though. We were on the 28th floor and the aircon stopped working, the room got to 27c! We couldnt sleep. We told the staff and they didnt really seem to care or want to do anything about it. Theres no seating in the lobby, so couldnt rest with our bags. Staff were meh. Only good thing was there is a Lawsons connected to the lobby...'

'Great price/quality. Public transportation connections are great. Less ideal was that the A/C didnt really work, but due to train tracks right outside you couldnt really sleep with windows open either. Best to bring earplugs for light sleepers because trains pass by continuesly and its not completely sound proof. '

'The hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, and also leave our luggage after check-out so we weren’t carrying everything while finding a place to eat before our next destination. I especially loved the look of the twin rooms compared to the standard double room. Downstairs at the lobby they have a great cafe to start off the morning.
