'The apartment and location were great. My concern was that I didn’t hear anything from the host regarding check in.I reached out to the host numerous times days prior to our arrival with no response. Even though I had confirmation when we originally booked many months prior, with no response from the host had me wondering if something had happened on their end.I finally received a response 3 hours before we were to check in with all the details.Very poor communication.'
