IT IS ONLY 1 MILE FROM THE DISNEY ENTRANCE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE DISNEY FIREWORKS AT 9:30 PM NIGHTY FROM THE BALCONY....YOU ARE THAT CLOSE !!! I would have given 5 stars but there are some asthetic items needing attention (broken towel rack, missing handle to oven, worn toaster oven). The place was clean and comfortable. Great Communications and Beautiful place.

We contacted the owner and discussed our later arrival. He had no problems working with us. The unit was in great shape and was comfortable and convenient to Universal and Walt Disney World. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
