'Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!'

'This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable....

'Hotel is spacious, clean, friendly and has a wonderful beach. They try to offer a luxurious, elegant and peaceful experience. That however does not succeed: 1. Loud music from boats, corporate parties and several individuals on the beach. 2. People competing at 7 am to drop a towel on the front beach chairs and then disappear the entire day. 3. Lots of young children shouting and running around (not necessarily bad). Should also be noted that drinks and food are about 60pct more expensive than...

'When we booked, we were not sure as to the room number or tower we would receive. We were pleasantly surprised at our accommodations after arrival. Room was well situated, clean and fit our needs.'

'We loved the Surf Club! It was perfect for our family of 5 and first vacation with our grandson. Lots of places to eat around the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful.The reason for 4 star was 1) the process to get pool chairs and swim in pools was ridiculous and 2) I didn’t realize we had 3rd floor so beach front view was more of the trees and not the ocean!'
