'Room was extreamly small: no place for suitcases, airco not sufficient, tiles of bathroom build partly over airco system, broken tiles, no kitchen access, no coffee maker, there is a microwave though. Many unfriendly warnings of penalty's for everything, e.g. a drop of water on floor: 50 bucks! no per room adjustable airco, fridge next to bed making noise, extra fan in room was welcome though.
