« The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood. »

« I've done many safaris throughout Kenya, but we've come back here several times. The accommodations are wonderful, but the staff are over the top amazing! They catered to us like a 6 star resort! This park has the most plentiful animals, and we had some absolutely amazing game drives! »

« I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable.
