« I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. « The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood. »

« I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas! »

« The hotel was in good condition. But the room i was given to start with the windows couldnt close so they relocated me to another room that was smaller. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was served on a plate. »
