'I returned back to Douglas, for my sister in law's wedding. New I was going to stay at my favorite place, and as always, never disappointed. I was met with new staff at the front desk. Mr. Charles, who I got to know over the 3 days, I stayed. Was very helpful in every way. It's like the establishment didn't miss a beat, in the customer service department. The breakfast department, as well, had a new staff worker. Mrs Elizabeth, extremely kind and generous, while attending to what ever needs...

'I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room.
