'This is a great villa for families wanting privacy and to escape the busy resorts in this part of Spain. A short drive away from beautiful Cómpeta with supermarkets and lovely restaurants. The ice cream shop in Competa is definitely worth a visit- it’s close to Dias supermarket. The pool at the villa was perfect for us and lots of space outside- plenty of shaded areas and we appreciated the use of outdoor towels and a few beach toys. 'A quiet, big place. The decor and fixtures are dated, but clean and functional. This is not a ding, just a fact. The beds are adequate, the kitchen is good sized, and the rooms are well sized for families. We stayed in the villa with the private pool. Since it was outdoors in March it was not useable, but it would be amazing in the summer. The only thing I wish this stay had was the ability to stream Netflix. Though vacationing in Spain, our kiddos are not fluent and being able to play a movie...
