Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.'

'Our entire family stayed at this beautiful house. It has the perfect location right next to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach (Note: it's a steep hill so a great workout on the way back!). Our 4 year old and 10 month old loved this spot along with their grandparents and parents. The owners were very responsive to anything that came up (lightbulbs, A/C, taxi from/to airport). We would recommend this place to anyone interested in this area!'

The location is absolutely perfect because it is an easy walk to almost everything - beaches, groceries, restaurants, take-out places, and gelato - yet it is away from streets that are busy with ambling tourists, shopping stalls, and eating establishments. Ramen open doen was al helemaal te gek voor woorden. Je had dan hekemaal geen privacy Het voelde als een gevangenis. Donker en opgesloten. Wij waren NIET blij met dit appartement.'
