"It's great for families wanting to stay at hotel/pool all day. Food very bland and repetitive. Room spacious with comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi very poor or non existent. Very hilly. Car parking very tight spaces."

"Excellent customer service by the receptionists (Sarah and Desiree) as well as the ladies from the cafeteria. Lovely and elegant hotel a few steps from the beach and all the Herradura venues. Highly recommended!"

Apartamentos Best Alcazar
"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from ..."
