Parking Info:

The Oak Island Town Council has approved paid parking on the island, effective from April 1 through September 30. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week. Limited (1,000) annual passes are available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if the new rules are not followed. Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
