'This was an awesome property; cute, cozy, and close to the beach. The owners were responsive and very easy to work with. Having the golf cart was a lot of fun and the owners were thoughtful enough to give specific directions on paths to stay compliant with the golf cart. This property had all the essentials you’d need-coffee makers, beach equipment, beach towels, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here! '

'Banana Pancakes was perfect for our family beach trip! The public beach access is right across the street, so getting to the beach was super easy, and the views from the porch felt just like being oceanfront. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Evenings on the porch swing were our favorite. Being pet friendly was a huge plus too. We’ll definitely be back!'

'Our family gathered at Oak Island for many years, but we stopped after our aunt passed away and her cottage was sold. Imagine our surprise to find the same house on VRBO. We spent two weeks there with several family members visiting during that time. What a wonderful vacation! Laura was a gracious and responsive host. It's great to know the old place is in the hands of new owners committed to making it the site of happy memories for years to come.'
