'There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

'The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels'

' It’s a very nice place to stay if you going to be there for a while and much more reasonable than paying to stay in hotels . '

'Whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Needed connecting room which was confirmed when making the reservation. When we checked in there was no adjoining room and front desk was absolutely no help. '

'It was very nice. Staff was great. There were no glasses in room and i thought blankets were not thick enough but that was no big deal. Smelled of weed when we got there.'

'Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. '
