« Everything was perfect. Place was clean, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the river and park. Was also a short walk to downtown. Everything we needed was provided.i highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Salem. »

« It's a perfect location that's close walking distance to most everything in Salem! While the building carries echos from those in the building, running the fans on the AC units helps. Very nice owner of the apt. and accommodating. Beds are comfy and place was clean. We've stayed in this apt. twice now and it's been a good experience each time. »

« This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. « Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations
bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm....

« My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Salem and it was the perfect spot for a weekend trip! The renovations are gorgeous, my mom really loved the bathroom. And there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to get to and is an easy walk to all of downtown. It was very easy to get a hold of the host if we had any questions. Truly a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again. »
