'Needs maintenance, toilet paper roll holder garbage, shower doesn't drain well, TV has white lines going through image, TV remote poor connectivity, sticky stuff on desk, people in parking lot making noise which for hours at night which comes right through the AC unit'

'It’s a motel so take it for what it’s worth. You’re getting what you pay for I guess? It’s a new property so it’s clean and our room was cleaned daily. The bad is mostly and sleep and shower. The beds are stiff and low quality. You get essentially two sheets to sleep with(no comforter or heavier blanket). The shower was the poor highlight of our stay. It’s nice looking but the water pressure is abysmal. Which is surprising since the property is so new. Also, I took 2 cold showers and finally...

'The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least.'

'Everything was great will stay again if in the area '

'Rooms are not clean. Although it appears that they are attempting to upgrade the property, the effort seems clear however, the rooms are filthy. They need to put more attention to detail and actually clean the rooms. Staff is amazing. Check-in is amazing. Parking attendance are amazing overall the day was great room is just filthy. I would not read patronize the site until or unless their stars increased to four and above for cleanliness.'

'The hotel experienced a power outage (not their fault) but made no effort to mitigate the impact. Cold shower, no breakfast, no offer to make things easier in any way, and no offer of credit or refund. It was obvious that upper management had not given the desk clerk any options at all to deal with a crisis. '

'Told 3 employees there is human DNA ON THE CHAIR IN MY ROOM. EVEN WALKED HOUSEKEEPING IN TO SEE IT 2 ND DAY. NEVER CLEANED, AC NOISY, STAFF DID NOT CARE, POOL BROKEN DOWN AND VERY LITTLE AT 930 FOR BREAKFAST TILL 10. AN OVERRIPE ORANGE AND NO MORE FRUIT, YOGURT, EGGS OR PROTEINS BEDSPREAD CHANGED BECAUSE IF DNA ON BED COVER. BUT NEVER CLEANED OR TOOK TRASH OUT IN 3 DAYS. '
