« We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. »

« The listing pictures tell the story. The home is clean and comfortable, decorated and furnished in a fun way, and provides all you need for a relaxing riverside retreat or an adventurous vacation. This property also serves as a convenient hideaway for Bucknell University events. Of all the rental properties we've stayed at over the years, this was one of our favorites. Easy self check-in and great communication from the host. »

« We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. »

« The home was perfect for our party of 10. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property! We were in town for Bucknell graduation and it was a short drive to campus while still getting to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful location. »

« In the middle of Amish country this place is private at the end of a dirt road. I think the real appeal would be to stay here during the spring or fall when the screened-in garage could be opened, yes you read that right, there's a giant garage with a screen. We went when it was near 100F, so we relyed heavy on the window unit A/Cs. We came for the ATV trails but found only dirt road ones, none in the woods persay, but they were still nice to ride on and a quick drive down the road. »

« The house is really what you see in the pictures. Tons of outdoor space, a beautiful pool and pickleball for days. The house was clean and kitchen was very well-stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful. There was one bedroom that didn’t quite fit the bed AND futon as mentioned but that was workable. We had some trouble finding outdoor lights as well, but used cell phone flashlights without issue. »

« I grew up in this neighborhood 35 years ang and it was a joy to return and spend time in the woods that I once ran around in. Great property. Great communication. »

« This cabin is amazing! Oh how I'd love to own a place like this. Secluded but close to city and a state park! Loved tne layout, had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and the owner was especially attentive. Wifi is very slow however but with how private it is its no wonder. Loved the firepit out back although the pond was a haven for mosquitoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely rent again! »
