'The room had a few positives: the bed was large, the TV was a nice size, there was a couch, and the closet was spacious. Parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a big issue. There was pubic hair in the bathroom, and the shelves and drawers looked like they had not been dusted in a long time. 'Extremely noisy bedroom. I could not sleep at all between the noise in the street and i literally could hear other rooms conversations. Very disapointed about it. I wont stay there again.'

'Loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was best we have had that was included. The afternoon/evening apps could have been considered more of a dinner they were so good. And the free "happy hour" drinks were much appreciated! Will be back!'

'It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote'

'I love the pool, and aesthetically, the Ranch Motel is perfect. I have a nostalgic attachment. The beds however are not comfortable, there was no food available during my stay, the bartender told me to door dash. No coffee in the am, no TV in room, or refrigerator. I had to keep getting ice for my medication and if the bar was closed no ice was available. '

'Omg do not waste your money the floor had tape on it to hold it together, there were roaches the bed comforter was stanky with burn holes. The lamp shades were torn up with yellow stains on them the bathroom was horrible no toilet seat lid.. dirty linen bad property do not rent…. The chair was so nasty u would throw up..'
