'Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

'Bartender Dee was awsome. She made us feel very welcome and gave us advice on how to get around town to all the sights.'

'The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!'

'It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at the restaurant was so-so. It’s a good place to stay for a business trip or if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. The gym was decent and the pool looked lovely, but we did not use the pool.'

'Bed was big and comfortable however too big for the size of the room as there was no room to move around and the chair at the desk was a folding chair,'

'40 minutes late getting us into the room. They did comp us 2 breakfasts and it was great!'

'Locatie is oninteressant.

'get the roaches gone this is a 10/10 spot.'

'Quick access and convenience to downtown while being trendy and clean!'
