'An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great...

The host keeps everything super clean and has all the right touches with conveniences in every room without it feeling hectic - it is roomy and inviting. And the shower and water pressure is wonderful too! Highly recommend.'

'I book this property for visiting my sister in Seattle and it also was my 25th birthday trip that my mom and dad payed for it as a birthday present. I'm originally from North Carolina so in no way shape or form I'm used to the cold. I get to this person's place and right off the bat these pictures were taking when they made this place not recently. I was there in total for about 3 hours before I booked a hotel for the rest of my stay on my own credit card. I understand it's cold in Seattle but...

'This 3br/2ba apartment was perfect for me and my friends' weekend visit to Seattle. All three bedrooms were really clean and nice, the house is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, there are big windows looking out from the living room at a wide deck that spans the living room and kitchen/dining area. Nice view! '
