All of the parents who dropped they're kid was in awe of the decor. The people who helped me throw the spa party. I wanted to have the bachelorette party there. Check-in was smooth although they let a lot of cars park in the front of the hotel, against their policy, which makes the walk a lot longer to get to the check in. and the staff were very friendly and clearly doing their best, especially considering it was opening weekend for the Pirates and the hotel was extremely busy.
