'I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again.'

'Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again.'

'Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.'

'We LOVED this home from the minute we arrived. The four of us agreed it was the nicest rental we had ever stayed in. It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood - just a few blocks from Broad St - with its excellent restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the deck and bbq and hanging out in a few spots - including a open living room in the back of the property for morning coffee. The home was clean, well stocked and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. '

'It's clear a lot of thoughtfulness and intention went into the property and amenities. It's rare to stay at a spot where there are cooking spices, tupperware containers, and minimal cleanup/checkout instructions, and all of these little things really added up to make for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation.
