'The process getting the ode to get in was kind of a pain because it was last minute, but that's also on me because I reserved this for my employees so our communication could have been the issue. Getting it the day of check in made it difficult.'

Our only complaint was that the guest that checked out the day we were checking in must have left a big mess which host did message about but not until right when we were supposed to check in. 'The location is perfect. Close to everything and although challenging to get in/out of the garage with an suv, it was doable and having parking included was a definite plus. We also reached out for dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and Jazz provided those with no problem. Some of the things that weren’t ideal were: you had to take two different elevators to get to the unit and then there were stairs you had to navigate to go down to the unit as well, main elevator was not well lit and the didn’t...
