'PROS: - Clean bed & bathroom CONS: - SEVERE ant problem - Room smelled of mildew - Only cleaned every other day I don't recommend them, especially with the strong bad smell throughout the room. It was very offputting, and early they don't maintain, air out, or regulate the temperature properly.'

'Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again.'

'I was unable to check in without my husband there. This was a big inconvenience for me and my three daughters who were traveling alone. There should have been an email or a phone call stating that his card would not be allowed to be used by me even though we have the same last name. I had a panic attack because so anxious about where me and my daughters were going to stay.'
