On the entry level you find the living space, kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There is also a coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and ready for guests. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bathroom including a double vanity & shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the top floor and share a bathroom. This townhome is the perfect spot to spend your Charleston adventure!

There are fees associated with special events, cabanas, and wellness classes.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes information on access to Paradiso.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
