'Wonderfully prepared room '

'The only issue we experienced was during check‑in, as the staff member at the counter did not speak English and had to call someone else to assist, making the process take about 10 minutes when it should have been under five. 'The first morning of our stay it stormed. I walked into the living area to find that water had come in under that door. They had some come in to put some weather stripping around the door a couple of days later. Three of the channels went out. I talked to gentleman and he said the would reset the tvs in my room. Never happened. I talked to the lady at the desk the next day to inform her that they were still out. She offered to give me the number so that I could call the company responsible. Then...

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not!
