'The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt '

'I really liked the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. We were in town to visit family at a nearby hospital and this place was just around the corner and suited our needs perfectly. The bathtub had a crack in it that was painted over and but that was the only issue with the apartment itself. Everything else was great. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
