Flats in North Central Houston

'Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. '

'This unit has many great attributes. The host, JC, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is very close to NRG so I can imagine certain events might make traffic a challenge, but we had no issues the weekend we were there. As another guest mentioned, the neighborhood felt a little “sketch”, but the property is very secure, quiet, and felt safe. We walked along Braeswood Bayou which is super close to the property. 'Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.'
