« Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. « The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property »

« • Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there. « I think the family who own this house love it and want others to also enjoy it. The bedding, cushions, toiletries , ornaments are all lovely. Air conditioning great as is fenced back yard. Position great, excellent Thai restaurant down the road. But the house is a major trip hazard. Virtually every room has a different level floor. As older people we found it terrifying. « Yes- the driveway is steep! But it was no problem for us. The property is beautiful, clean, fresh and updated and the view and location are excellent. Best equipped kitchen of any short-term rental we’ve been in. It was great and we would book again! »

« House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree.
