'We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. '

'Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

'Terrible service. No breakfast. No locks on windows. Couldn't get a receipt. Tv wouldnt work. Very noisy. Felt very unsafe.'

'There was blood on the sheets, a hole in a wall, and no hand soap. Definitely would not recommend. We stayed here for one night and it was loud at night and the light from the hallways seeped in around the curtains so the room never got fully dark. It was also loud from the nearby highway.'
