'The hotel itself is old so from outside exterior, it needs some fixing such as peeled wall. Room was mostly clean but there were few spots they didn’t clean like tissue behind the tv and inside shower room wall was still dirty. Other than that not much to complain. Bedroom were mostly clean. Staff were excellent. Showed professionalism.'

'No conditioner or shampoo, staff not friendly! Hotel looks pretty and you can have fun at the bar and game space!'

'When I arrived there was no staff. Waited for 40 minutes for the staff to come out. He was inside the office with another staff. Had me waiting. They need a security guard. 4 vehicles were robbed, crashed, and broken windows.'

'Drury is the only place we stay when we visit San Antonio. Sometimes we stay at the Riverwalk Drury, but mostly, we stay at the Drury Inn Northwest Medical.'
