'The room was nice and clean. We got put on the second floor. The view was no view of an air conditioner. Kind of dark in the room, though. Beds were comfortable I like that. It had a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator. It just felt dark and dank in the hallways. The elevator was dirty. The common areas needed to be upgraded, and the staff wasn’t all that friendly.'

'I urge any future traveler to skip this hotel. I called the hotel to make sure they had a crib for newborn, which they confirmed and so I proceeded with the reservation. When we arrived, at almost midnight, the front desk guy checked us in, and then said that they didn’t have any cribs and all they could do was “offer us some blankets”. 'The elevator was a little slow and a little rickety. The staff was not friendly check-in totake me forever. They didn't like like that, but I used Expedia. They gave me a really hard time about the price of us to pay.My reservations wasn't easy to find for them.Check in was awful'

'Very very bad experience here. Rooms and hotel are very dirty and really old. The keys to rooms don’t work! They don’t inform you about the breakfast hours. They also charge you for laundry machines that don’t work. Parking is very packed. Very dirty pool. They also don’t provide you any toiletry in rooms. Very very dirty and unhygienic hotel of holiday inn I have ever seen. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Please save yourself some time and peace by not booking this hotel.'

'Definitely feel like the photos catfish. Upon entering the lobby the whole place stinks like wetness. They had fans on the carpet towels on the floor of the ice maker. Our room smelled like mold I found a huge roach dead sitting in the room. The mattress under the covers are stained the bathroom is tiny. None of the outlets work. They are all loose I could barely charge my phone. The cords kept slipping off. I tried the usb connections and the regular plug ins and they all kept...

'The number one thing with this hotel was having the peace of mind at night while asleep that your vehicle is kept safe and sound in the parking lot through a gated fence!!! The only knock I had was the room was a bit small for my family but that was not the hotels fault!! I should of chose a suite instead to accommodate the extra space in the room!! Great breakfast and dinner provided daily!!'

'Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
