'Staff was nice'

'I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!'

'Good breakfast but area was small and often crowded. Clean room but one of the A/C units often had a moldy smell. Bathroom door was hard to close without force, which caused loud slams. Business center computers did not work. We were advised to use the online printing services, which was not easy to use and in the end did not print the right documents.'

'The hotel it’s ok, very clean and with a lot of space in the room, but honestly, when it comes to security, it leaves a lot to be desired. Because of the time we arrived, we had to park inside the hotel grounds but far from the main entrance, and when we left in the morning, our SUV was scratched. To be honest, I am very disappointed.'

'We experienced water outages on all three days of our stay, and I am very disappointed. We paid for good service, and this is not the level of service we expected. When I called the front desk, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. About 30 minutes later, a maintenance technician arrived and told us that the issue occurred because the property was fully occupied. Regardless of the reason, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our stay.'

'Pool needed to be cleaned, TV wasn’t working, Maintenance said we didn’t know how to use it. We did. It wasn’t working, but when we went into the room when he was there, he started getting upset at us. Complaining about other maintenance issues from other guests. Very unprofessional. We also had to walk 4 flights of stairs when we checked out because the lights went out. Only one elevator and the one that was available would shake. We have stayed there three times. This will be the last time.'
