Villa's in Northwest Rochester

'Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

'Brittany was the receptionist at the time of our arrival. She originally assigned us to a second story room. We were traveling with our dog. Brittany graciously looked at her room assignments and placed us on the first floor near an exit. I so appreciated her extra effort.'
