« Propreté négliger »

« Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms. »

« There needs to be some improvements in the physical environment. Ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and upholstered chair and desk chair wear very worn. »

« Was unable to checkout early. Hotel said I needed to contact Expedia to do that. Expedia bounced me back to the hotel. Was charged for a night I didn't stay. »

« Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure. »

« The property was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about it. And being right in the center of town was a nice feature. The staff was unbelievably kind and nice and generous. Having the restaurant downstairs was so convenient as well as the gift shop. However, the parking was a little bit tricky cause it’s street parking that is metered. But other than that, We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. »
