'Great hotel that have everything you need for a comfort stay'

'Reviews must be fluffed up to have an 8 plus rating. Although hotel is being renovated which seems to be an improvement there is a pest control issue. There was a couple of dead bugs at the door then another one in the bathroom the next day, Room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned the next day but there was a tip envelope readily available. Other frustrations included no trash receptacle in the bathroom, plugs on furniture sparked or didn’t work, bed squeaks and no iron or ironing board in the rooms.'

'Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty.'

'Upon arrival to check in, we waited 16 minutes before anybody came to the desk. We called the hotel (3 times) hoping somebody would come to answer the phone, nobody came. Very noxious smell in lobby. Trying to cover up another strong smell in the property. Walls are beat up and scratched. Air conditioning worked well. Pushed out a terrible “dirty sock” smell however. Pink mold around drain the shower. Black mold / mildew in corner of shower. The bed was made nicely. Towels in bathroom folded,...

'The internet was VERY unstable! Could barely watch TV!! Breakfast was a joke. Don't know if we got there a little too late or what. French toast pieces looked like bricks! Had to be made with the cheapest bread possible. And when I say french toast... that's all it was!! No eggs,meat no syrup! No apple or orange juice. A gallon of sunny D 😳😂. Shower handle leaked! Hot tub had duc tape on the seams! Oh not to mention the pool was out of order, which was not mentioned on the website!'

'Good clean and safe…all I need'

'It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗'

'The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. Talked to the Manager apon leaving and was told the facility was currently being leased prior to a purchase agreement. Supposedly negotiating corrections and repairs to the...
