'Room was dusty. The TV was cracked. I had a deposit made when I booked the room. The hotel said it didn’t show on their side. They wanted me to call Expedia to find out. '

'First things first.. We ate in wheelchairs so we requested a handicapped accessible room. We did get that. Bottom floor . ✔️. We check in . Night staff was pretty difficult to understand. Then we get to our room .there was a giant discoloring of the carpet right by the door . Didnt think much of it..We laid down for a bit slept for maybe a couple hours.. Both of us woke up figit'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'
