The room was fine and staff was great, always super friendly and helpful! I will say our bed was one of the worst beds we’ve ever slept in, felt like we were sleeping on rusty springs and very achy every morning. There were some unpleasant smells we couldn’t locate, didn’t use our closet due to that, and the smoking smell and weed smell from everywhere was a bit much, my pregnant wife was struggling… And lastly I think the worst thing that is out of control of staff was whoever was staying above us and that really ruined the stay… They were up every night at 2 AM and 4 AM, almost felt like deliberately stomping around and woke us up every single night, one night they were running a sink for 30+ minutes and turning the garbage disposal on and off and on and off… walls are thin and I get people have things to do, but every night… we just did not sleep good because of this and just respect for others, especially when you’re on an upper floor.
Again, staff were amazing and so friendly, thankful for the rates, room was clean and comfortable other than the bed and just the smells from everywhere, location was ideal.
