« Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay. »

« The check- in process was difficult because I was told that I would get a check-in code 30 minutes before check in time and I did not receive it. We were supposed to check in at 3, We got there around 2:45. I still did not receive a code, 3:00 rolls around… still no code. It was so hot outside and the host wasn’t answering. It was almost 4:00 by the time we had our code. The only reason we got it was because I had to go through Vrbo and talk with a representative, who gave me the cleaning...

« Location was excellent, cleanliness excellent, communication.until arrival was adequate, upon arrival it was excellent, check in process was slightly confusing, pictures of location of keycafe helped to clarify. Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators. Suggest procuring a second fob to reduce...

« beautiful house, area is alright very busy road but the host was very courteous to give ear plugs in every room. only complaint is we had to kill a few bugs in the home but it is summer so hey. Overall great stay »
