« We were looking for a place that could comfortably accommodate our group of twelve, ages ranging from 3 to 80. Lee was a great communicator and was extremely helpful in answering my many questions. « It is a great setup for a mid size group. We had 6 people and had plenty of room. Centrally located in the Northern Hills, lots to do close by. Very peaceful setting, neighbors were extremely quiet, (backs up to cemetery) and lots of parking for trailers. »

« What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths.
