'Arrived to property in the late afternoon and our room was not ready. Staff said to wait 5 minutes. After 25 minutes we tried to find someone that worked there to tell us what was happening. Couldn’t find anyone. We had been issued a key went in room, it appeared ready, but the television didn’t work. My husband fixed it. Breakfast was cold, steal muffins and no juice available.'
