« The camper was nice and comfortable. The Island had a good breeze, so the mosquitos were almost non-existent, and the trees are tall and plentiful for shade and a good resting place for a bald eagle one morning we were there. We rented the owners fishing boat and it was very nice for checking out the the different islands and bays. « It's a wonderful place to bring the family. Especially if you have never been camping with children. There is the camper and also more space for tents if you want more space. To get to the river there is a cleared path that opens to a place to camp as well! You get the disconnection we all need with the ability to go to Moose Lake, Duluth and even better we found a place to stay when we visit family. Highly recommend family get away, alone or couple.
