'Great hotel on Canal Park. Stayed here due to location and am happy with the decision. Staff was friendly. We were here on December when there was a hockey tournament near by, that was the only issue. The boys running up and down the halls and banging on doors. Would request a lake view and not pool side next time. '

'EVERYTHING! 1st the staff working was amazing- they had warm cookies and a hot cocoa bar in the lobby- and the staff were so friend and accommodating. The room was SUPERB! they even had a cute note left for me on the dining table in the room which i thought was such a personal touch! We stayed here and went to Bentleyville and they even had a FREE shuttle to take guests there- the shuttle was decked out in holiday lights and pillows and even had fun "gifts" for the kiddos! 'Room was nice and clean. The bed in the room was a bit lower (we stayed in a handicap accessible room) which was WONDERFUL. The room was located in a quiet area which was nice. The staff at the desk were very courteous and helpful.'
